The beginning of the winter season is a time for reflection and a time for re-emergence. As you let the belt loose and pack on those winter pounds stop yourself. This is not a time for hibernation, not a time to slow down. This is where your ancestors proved themselves and foraged for food. You need to be a forager go out, take stock, take an opponent. Play some kubb! A friend of mine played last night in his work suit no gloves and won! He killed it, his mind bent on sublimation. He knew what he had to do. No feeling in his fingers but who cares? Ignore the pain. Feel the burn and by all means necessary never quit. Winter is a time to shine to brightly burn out and blow everyone away. Do not let this season become a fog that drags you back into your needless slumber. Wake up and play. Tell your friends and remind them what it means to be alive.
